Return Policy: 

We want you to be over the moon and happy with your purchase. If for some reason your not satisfied with your purchase please return it for a full refund. 

  • We accept all returns within 30 days from purchase.
  • If you are returning a used item(s) within the 30 days, you will be given store credit for the full amount paid for the item(s), including taxes, less shipping charges.
  • If you are returning an unused item(s), unopened item(s) within the 30 days you will be refunded the full amount paid for the item(s), including taxes, less shipping charges.
  • Allergic reaction must be reported to our store within 72 hours by email at hello@moradapure.com.
  • In-store returns require a receipt.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable. 
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale, discount, store credit, or return credit items cannot be refunded.
  • Limit of one order return for products that have been opened and used per customer per 30 days. 
  • Returns are not excepted on RMS color cosmetic products, samples can be obtained prior to purchase in store or online for color matching.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • We encourage you to ship your return using a method that will allow you to track your package.
  • International orders are final sale.

Return Instructions:

Stop in store or email us at hello@moradapure.com with your 1) your full name, 2) your email address, and 3) the reason for your return to receive return authorization. Please note that we verify the return date by the email date. As long as the date of the email is within the 30 days of the date of purchase then it is returnable, even if we don't respond immediatley within those 30 days. Once you receive return authorization please send your return to:

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive either:  
  • A credit that will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  
  • Or in store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.  

We submit refunds to your bank immediately. You will then receive the funds from a refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the original refund.

Damaged Shipments:

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at hello@moradapure.com with your 1) your full name, 2) your email address, 3) and photos of the damaged item(s).

Product that arrives melted, or melts where you have stored it:

During the summer months, some products can get very warm in transit and may melt into liquid. Morada Pure is not responsible if items arrive melted, and in most cases you should be able to pop the products into the fridge and still be able to use them. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Keep in mind that if you put them in direct sunlight they’re going to turn into liquid too, so please keep them some place cool.
